Paolo Esposito

Paolo Esposito is an experienced professional in application development and project management, currently serving as Application Development Project Manager at RGI Group since October 2021, where involvement includes the management of the Reale Mutua Digital Transformation project in the insurance sector using Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Paolo spent over 13 years at RGI Group as Application Manager P&C and Technical Team Leader, responsible for corrective and evolutionary activities for the Reale Mutua client. Additionally, Paolo worked as an Analyst Developer at Azienda Elettrica Metropolitana (now IREN), focusing on software management and maintenance from 2003 to 2005, and taught electronics and physics at the high school level in 2002-2003. Educational background includes a degree in Physics, Electronics, and Cybernetics from Università degli Studi di Torino, completed between 1993 and 1999.
