Chad Herzog

Chad Herzog possesses extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at RGL Logistics since November 2018. In this role, Chad focuses on building loads and ensuring customer satisfaction while conducting monthly service reviews. Previous positions include Carrier Solution Specialist, where Chad excelled in negotiation and team management, and a return to the Customer Solutions Specialist role. Prior to RGL Logistics, Chad worked at GENCO, where exceptional service earned recognition with the 2015 Bravo Zulu Award.
