Kimberly Ashley

Kimberly Ashley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Principal HR Business Partner at RGNext since July 2018, utilizing extensive HR expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at DynCorp International LLC from July 2011 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and improving HR processes. Earlier experience comprised roles as an HR Assistant at Launch Federal Credit Union and HR Manager at BarCharts, Inc., along with a significant period dedicated to familial responsibilities. Kimberly earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Administration from Barry University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Palm Beach State College.
