Minji Song-Collins, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Minji currently works as a Senior People Operations Manager at VSCO®, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Minji worked at Gemini from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles including Lead, People Analytics, Manager, People Operations, and HR Coordinator. Before their time at Gemini, they served as an Office Manager at Wondersauce from 2017 to 2018. Minji also has experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked at Gimme! Coffee as a Store Manager from 2016 to 2017 and as a Lead Barista from 2015 to 2016.

Minji Song-Collins, PHR has a diverse education history. Minji attended Brooklyn College from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Classics. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Cornell University from 2005 to 2008, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations.

Furthermore, Minji has obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In April 2021, they earned a Data Analytics Certificate from General Assembly. Minji also obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in the same month and year.
