Raquel Olvera

Raquel Olvera's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked at Staples as a Customer Service Representative and Bookkeeper. Raquel provided customer support, restocked products, updated price tags, and managed drawer assets.

In 2004, Raquel joined L-3 Communications as a Senior Drafter, Project Lead, and Checker. Raquel collaborated with multiple departments, including Drafting, Engineering, Software Configuration Management, Engineering Change Control, and Document Change Control. Raquel'sresponsibilities included incorporating changes to AutoCAD drawings and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

In 2015, Raquel joined ARES Corporation as a Technical Data Management specialist. Raquel trained and mentored new employees on data management processes and performed configuration audits. Raquel also served as a Product Support Analyst, generating support documents and conducting level of repair analysis. Raquel later transitioned to a role as a Configuration Management Analyst, overseeing projects and coordinating modifications to the configuration baseline.

Raquel's most recent position is with RGNext, where they currently work as a Configuration Management Analyst Principal. Raquel'sresponsibilities include providing configuration and data management support, preparing estimates, analyzing design documentation changes, and ensuring accurate implementation of software and hardware designs.

Raquel Olvera obtained their Diploma from Santa Maria High School between 1998 and 2002. Raquel then pursued higher education at ITT Technical Institute-Oxnard, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Drafting and Design between 2002 and 2004.
