Stephanie Gartrell

Stephanie Gartrell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Stephanie started their career at Boeing in 1987 as a Pricing, Contracts, and Estimating Analyst, where they performed pricing analysis and provided fact-finding data on awarded proposals. Stephanie then transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Control Analyst, delivering budget data for decision-making processes and monitoring control accounts for earned value and performance. In 1998, Stephanie became the Leader of Material Operations, responsible for directing work group activities of aerospace flight material warehouses for launch site controlled vehicles. Stephanie successfully managed material requirements planning, shipping, receiving, inventory/property management functions, and subcontract management. Stephanie joined United Launch Alliance (ULA) in 2006 as the Leader of Material Operations, overseeing launch site controlled aerospace flight material warehouses for various launch vehicles. Stephanie directed work group activities and ensured successful coordination of material requirements planning, shipping, receiving, and inventory/property management functions. Since 2017, Stephanie has been working as a Senior Project Manager at RGNext, where they utilize their expertise to manage and oversee project activities.

Stephanie Gartrell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Long Beach. Stephanie also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Science from West Coast University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Business Administration - Management Information Systems, also from West Coast University. In addition, Stephanie has obtained a Green Belt/Six Sigma certification from Villanova University. Stephanie has also earned certifications in Green Belt/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement in January 2008 and Financial Performance Management/Earned Value Management Certificate (PM/EVM) in April 2014.
