Shay G. has a diverse work experience spanning various mechanical engineering roles. They started their career at Pulsacool in 2007, working as an R&D Engineer and managing subcontractors. In 2008, they became a Project Manager at Cardiodex, a position they held until 2013. During this time, they focused on project management. Shay then joined Edwards Lifesciences as an Engineering Team Manager, where they managed a team of three mechanical engineers and provided engineering support for various projects, including the development of heart valve products. In 2014, they transitioned to Eximo Medical Ltd. as an R&D Engineer before moving to Intel Corporation in 2015. At Intel, Shay worked as a System/Mechanical Engineer in the Advanced Technology Team of the Perceptual Computing Group until 2017. They then joined Beta-o2 Technologies Ltd. as an R&D/Mechanical Engineer for a short period before returning to Intel in 2018, this time as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Intel RealSense. In 2019, Shay joined Kaizen Biotech International LTD as an R&D/Mechanical Engineer, where they stayed until 2020. Most recently, Shay is working at ArcYtec Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2023, they will be joining RGo Robotics in the same role.

Shay G. attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
