Al Gardner

Al Gardner, MBA, is a seasoned corporate and technical finance accounting professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Controller Consultant at RGP since October 2021, Al specializes in consolidated intercompany financial reporting and revenue analysis. Previous roles include Senior Accountant at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc., and Senior Revenue Accountant at Supernus Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed revenue recognition and compliance with US GAAP and SOX standards. Al has also held significant leadership positions, such as Vice President of Finance at The Widewaters Group, overseeing financial reporting and a team of twelve, and as Corporate Controller at The Witness Group, managing corporate finance staff. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Strayer University and multiple degrees in accounting from Florida State University, Shaw University, and Miami Dade College.
