Alan O'Shea

Alan O'Shea, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Consultant at RGP since 2019. O'Shea previously held the position of Vice President/Senior Accounting Analyst at AllianceBernstein for over two decades, where responsibilities included enhancing accounting processes, developing training programs, and implementing efficient reporting systems. O'Shea's prior roles include significant accounting and managerial positions at organizations such as Sony Corporation of America, Southern California Presbyterian Homes, and BDO Seidman. O'Shea holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
