Chazel Acuin

Chazel Acuin is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at RGP since April 2024, specializing in connecting clients with top professional talent for transformational initiatives. Previously, Chazel served as Principal Specialist in Sourcing at AMS from October 2021 to March 2024, focusing on end-to-end talent sourcing for R&D and recruitment in the pharmaceutical sector for Bayer and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier experience includes roles as Sound Engineer and Podcast Editor at The Investor's Podcast Network, and various sourcing positions at Alexander Mann Solutions, with a focus on managerial to C-level recruitment and niche technical roles. Chazel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines and a Master's in Sociology from Ateneo de Manila University, along with a foundational knowledge of Japanese language.
