Gina Briley

Gina Briley has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gina worked at RGP starting in 2014, where they held positions such as Vice President of Business Technology and Senior Director of Business Technology. In these roles, they were responsible for managing project tasks, communication, budget tracking, and ensuring project delivery.

Before RGP, Gina founded and served as the CEO of Gina Pelland Consulting from 2013 to 2021. Here, they provided consulting services in business process development, management, virtual assistance, and software implementation. Gina also developed and facilitated e-learning programs and managed a team of Technical Writers.

Prior to their consulting role, Gina worked at Southern California Edison from 1997 to 2013 as the Principal Manager of Compliance & Administrative Services. In this position, they oversaw various departments, including Internal Controls, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Resource Management and Planning. Gina managed a team and worked closely with Senior Vice Presidents.
