Olawale Shodiya

Olawale Shodiya is a CPA and MBA with extensive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting. Currently serving as Corporate US Controller and Senior Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at RGP since November 2021, Olawale previously held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at VCA Animal Hospitals from April 2019 to November 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at KPMG US, where Olawale worked as a Senior Audit Manager, Audit Manager, Senior Associate, and Audit Associate from August 2011 to April 2019. Olawale began a career in accounting at Chiefs Bookkeeping and Income Tax Services as an Executive Assistant and also served as an Accounting Tutor at El Camino College. Olawale holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, along with an Associate degree in Business Administration from El Camino College.
