Roman Ferster

Roman Ferster has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Roman began their career in 1991 as a Regional Sales Manager for Orek Ltd. In 1994, they became the Indirect Sales Manager for Cellcom Ltd., where they were responsible for sales in Central and Southern Israel. From 1996 to 1999, Roman worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Central & Eastern Europe and Benelux for ECI Telecom Ltd., entering new markets and increasing ECI's Access Division business in existing markets. From 1999 to 2003, Roman was the Director of Business Development at RAD, where they increased the business four times in four years and developed special incentive programs for partners. From 2003 to 2006, they were the General Manager Russia, CIS and Baltic States at Axerra Networks, creating the business from scratch and building sales channels. From 2006 to 2010, Roman was the Country Manager for Mobileye (CIS), bringing Mobileye to the CIS region, creating demand, and developing and educating the market for active safety awareness. Since 2011, Roman has been the Chief Executive Officer and CEO of RGRauto, a leading global provider of integrated safety and optimization solutions for various-sized fleets in multiple industries. Roman has partnered with market leaders to develop unique turn-key and cost-effective solutions, such as Connected ADAS, AI DMS, IoT Telematics and FMS.

Roman Ferster received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
