Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at RH Marine is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the lifecycle of complex projects involving the integration and innovation of electrical and automation systems in maritime vessels. This team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by managing stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control. They work closely with clients from the design phase through to commissioning, installation, and service support, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the operational goals and minimize life cycle costs of Defence, Safety & Security ships and Yachts.
