Derek Fink

Derek Fink is an Engineer in Training at RH2 Engineering since October 2022, with prior experience as an Engineer in Training at Bellingham Marine from June 2021 to October 2022. Derek has a background in high-pressure retail environments as an Assistant Cashier at Costco Wholesale, where responsibilities included department management and customer service. Additional experience includes an internship at Coughlin Porter Lundeen and a role as a Structures Team Member with the Society for Advanced Rocket Propulsion, where Derek contributed to a rocket project that achieved significant altitude and speed. Derek also interned with the Washington Aerospace Scholars program, collaborating on a Mars habitat project. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Washington.
