Justin Barrow Pe

Justin Barrow, PE, is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in civil and mechanical engineering, particularly related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects for municipal clients. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Staff Engineer at RH2 Engineering since August 2014, Justin has contributed to various design and analytical work. Prior to this role, Justin worked as an Associate Engineer at Innovative Consultants Incorporated from July 2010 to August 2014, focusing on water resources development, environmental compliance, and wastewater pretreatment. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
