Victoria Cochran's work experience begins in 1986 when they worked as an Editor, Language Translation Specialist, and Import Sales Manager for a self-employed position. From 1989 to 1990, they worked as a Community Group Counselor at Fresno Community Hospital. In 1990, they began their career in education, working for California Education where they accumulated over 30 years of experience. Their roles included K-18 English, Technology, Arts & ESL Education Specialist, Middle School Computer Applications Teacher, Middle School English, History, and Algebra ASES, and Middle School SDAIE/English, History, AVID, Spanish, and RSP Long-Term Substitute. From 2013 to 2016, they worked for Clovis Unified School District as an ASES Program Coordinator and as a 3rd-grade ASES Teacher at Weldon Elementary School. In 2016, they worked for Weldon Elementary School as part of the English Language Development (ELD) Program. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Intervention Teacher for English Language Development and Acquisition at Sanger Unified School District. Their most recent role, beginning in October 2019, is with Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) as a Business Analyst.
Victoria Cochran attended Fresno Pacific University from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a credential in Elementary Education and Secondary English. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Mennonite Brethren Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. During this time, they focused on Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, along with completing state licensing coursework. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, Victoria Cochran attended SCCC Willow International Center for professional development. During this period, they studied VB.Net, Access 2007, and Web Design.
