They previously served as Security Compliance Director at Rhapsody and held various leadership roles, including President at Kinara Technologies LLC and VP of Business Development at Government Works Inc. Sameer has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, having directed the Information Security Office at Fresenius Medical Care North America and developed information security governance frameworks at multiple organizations. They hold advanced degrees in Chemistry from both Syracuse University and the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
