Izabela Kuczyńska

Izabela Kuczyńska has extensive work experience in various roles within the premedia and operations fields. Izabela most recently worked as the Rhapsody Group Operation Director at Rhapsody since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Rhapsody Poland Head of Operations from November 2018 to December 2021. Before joining Rhapsody, Izabela worked at LSC Communications as a Premedia Manager from July 2017 to November 2018. Izabela also worked as a Senior Premedia Studio Supervisor at LSC Communications I RR Donnelley Europe from October 2013 to June 2017. Izabela started their career at RR Donnelley, where they held the roles of Premedia Studio Supervisor from April 2007 to October 2013, and Premedia Customer Service Supervisor and Premedia Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. Prior to entering the premedia field, they gained experience in purchasing and sales & marketing at Ideal Bike Corp.

Izabela Kuczyńska holds a Master's degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained in 2001. Izabela also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Foreign Trade at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2005-2006. Furthermore, they have studied Chinese Language at both National Taiwan Normal University and Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 2010-2011, they attended the Negotiation School. Additionally, Izabela holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from APMG International.
