Kern Roderick-Jones

Kern Roderick-Jones has extensive experience in digital operations, project management, and production management. Kern is currently the Head of Digital Operations at Rhapsody, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Operations at Maldaba Ltd. from March 2020 to May 2022. Kern also has experience as a Digital Project Manager during their self-employment in February and March 2020. Previously, they were the Digital Production Manager at Phew from October 2014 to February 2020. Kern's career also includes a position as a Senior Digital Producer at BORN Group from September 2007 to July 2012. Kern briefly served as the Managing Director of KERNAL COMMUNICATIONS LTD in June 2012. Before that, Kern worked as an Account Exec at ColourSystems/FMG from 1997 to 2006. Kern started their career at BBC Magazines as the Group Production Manager from 1990 to 1999 and then as a Production Editor at Emap for FHM from 1996 to 1997.

Kern Roderick-Jones completed their A-levels in English Language and Literature from Glyn Grammar School in Epsom, from 1978 to 1984. They further pursued their A Levels at NESCOT from 1984 to 1985. Kern also obtained the Agile Foundation and Practitioner certification in February 2014.
