Angeline Lee began their work experience in 2005 as a Business Planning Analysis Manager at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. In 2011, they joined RHB Banking Group, where they held the role of Head, Admin & MIS before becoming the Head, Centre of Excellence - Business Process Management in January 2020.

Angeline Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bsc (Hons) - Biology from Universiti Putra Malaysia in the years 2001 to 2004. Angeline then pursued further education in the field of banking and financial support services at the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). In 2017 to 2018, they completed a degree in Professional Banker, followed by a degree in Chartered Banker from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Certified Tester Foundation‎ from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2013. In 2023, they are expected to obtain a certification in How to Think Strategically from LinkedIn.
