Farah Dzafirah Razali

Farah Dzafirah Razali has extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at RHB Banking Group since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing collections reports and ensuring compliance with the Group of Code Conduct and IT Security Guidelines. Previously, Farah held roles such as Senior Executive and Executive within the same organization, focusing on data extraction and analysis for management information systems (MIS) reporting. Prior to RHB, Farah worked at IPPJ as an Executive and SL1M Trainee, preparing training proposals, and interned at Great Eastern Takaful Berhad where assistance was provided for User Acceptance Testing. Early in the career, positions at BSN involved secretarial duties and promoting banking products. Farah holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA, gained between 2013 and 2017.
