Ryan Chua

Ryan Chua has extensive work experience in project management and technology delivery roles in the banking industry. Ryan started their career in 2003 as a System Analyst at UOB and then worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior System Analyst. In 2010, they joined CIMB as a Project Manager before moving to RHB Banking Group as an IT Project Manager. Ryan then worked at Hong Leong Bank Berhad as an IT Project Manager. In 2015, Ryan joined OCBC Bank as the Head of Technology Project and Platform Delivery. Currently, they work as the Head of Group Project Management at RHB Banking Group since 2022.

Ryan Chua completed an Executive Development Program from INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, they attended the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. Ryan also has certifications as a Scrum Master and a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, obtained in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
