Shafiq Shahruddin

Shafiq Shahruddin is an experienced professional in engineering management and agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at RHB Banking Group since April 2022, where Shafiq leads a multi-team scrum setup focused on mobile app development using React Native. Prior roles include Agile Coach at SWIFT and iprice group, where Shafiq applied SAFe and LeSS frameworks to enhance team performance.
