Wong Wai Chong

Wong Wai Chong is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President & Senior HR Business Partner for International Business and Wholesale Banking at RHB Banking Group since November 2013, Wong is responsible for talent acquisition and management for overseas commercial banks. Prior roles include Vice President, HR International, and Head of Talent Acquisition at RHB Banking Group, alongside experience at RHB Investment Bank Berhad and OSK Investment Bank Berhad, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting key positions for both commercial and investment banking sectors. Wong holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
