Zhen Yao Yin

Zhen Yao Yin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, transformation initiatives, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Head of Risk Transformation at RHB Banking Group since April 2022, Zhen oversees transformative projects within the Group Risk function. Prior to this role, Zhen held various positions at CIMB from December 2015 to March 2022, including Associate Director in Transaction Banking and Special Officer to the Group CEO, where Zhen played a key role in operational support and strategic initiatives. Zhen's background also includes experiences at PwC Malaysia, where Zhen contributed to post-merger integrations and national transformation projects, and IBM, where Zhen managed accounts receivable for global financing in Australia. Zhen holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce with a focus on Finance and Economics from Monash University.
