Abigail J. Molen

Abigail J. Molen has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they began as a Senior Counselor at Wilmington Friends School Summer Camp. In 2012, they were a Music Instructor at Brandywine Village Summer Camp. From 2014 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Youth Education in the Arts, Garnet Valley High School, Woodstown High School, and Cadets Winter Percussion. These roles included Merchandise Manager, USBands Ensemble Services Representative, USBands Assistant, Cymbal Instructor, Visual Instructor, Cymbal Technician, and Music and Visual Instructor. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at the University of Delaware as a Marching Band Instructor, Cymbals, Assistant Director of Admissions/CRM Administrator, Graduate Admissions Assistant I, and Graduate Admissions Associate. Currently, they are a Senior Technology Consultant and Integration Consultant at RHB.

Abigail J. Molen has a diverse educational background. Abigail J. obtained their High School Diploma from Garnet Valley High School in 2010. Abigail J. then went on to the University of Delaware where they earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education - Instrumental in 2014. During 2017 and 2018, they completed coursework in Public Administration at the University of Delaware. Additionally, they completed coursework in Arts Administration at Drexel University in 2016. Abigail J. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at the University of Delaware, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Abigail also holds certifications from the State of Delaware Department of Education and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Education, both of which certify their as a Teacher of Music K-12 *NCLB Highly Qualified. Abigail J. also has an AACRAO Summer Institute for International Admissions certification.
