Nicole Lim

Nicole Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership management and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Rhea Fertility since April 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Business Manager at Myopia Specialist Centre, where responsibilities included launching and marketing new business initiatives. Nicole's experience also includes roles as Business Manager and Executive Assistant to Dr. Stan Isaacs at Stan Isaacs Optometrists, and Director of Partnerships at Egg, where notable achievements involved managing accounts and organizing trade missions in Vietnam. Additionally, Nicole contributed to M2030 as Director of the Vietnam Market on a pro bono basis, focusing on malaria eradication and the adoption of Blockchain technology. Earlier positions include Business Development Manager at Dragonchain and Managing Director for Quintessentially in Vietnam, where Nicole established the new office and built a dedicated team. Nicole co-founded Traveller International, a boutique travel agency, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
