Emanuela De Luca is currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Starion since July 2022, responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the quality of service delivery to EUMETSAT and ESA. Previously, Emanuela worked at Serco from March 2020 to July 2022, initially as Administrator of the Service Management Support team at ESOC/ESA, with responsibilities in cost center management and budget planning, and later promoted to Coordinator of the same team, focusing on workload organization and service reporting. Earlier experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Università degli Studi di Teramo, an intern at the Civil and Penal Court of Avezzano, and a Receptionist at Elite. Emanuela holds a Single Cycle Master's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Teramo and a Certificate of achievement in high-level English from Stafford House International.
