David Gross

David Gross is a distinguished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in product development and customization technology. As Co-founder and CEO of RHEA Sensory Technologies since July 2022, David leads initiatives to provide winemakers with digital authentication solutions. Previously, David served as GM of MATCHCo at Shiseido Americas Corporation, overseeing the company's innovative smartphone app that delivers customized beauty products. David co-founded MATCHCo and founded IdeaKind, a consultancy that has transformed consumer product experiences through personalization. A senior director at Zazzle.com, David launched various customization programs and had earlier roles as a founder at Confego, where successful online mass customization programs were developed. David's experience spans roles at Blueprint Ventures, Timbuk2, Excite@Home, and Smith Barney, underpinned by an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an A.B. with High Honors in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
