Daniel Kietzer

Vice President, Sustainability and Impact

Daniel Kietzer has held a variety of positions in the business and nonprofit sectors. Daniel is currently the Director of Ecosystem Growth at Rheaply, a position they have held since 2021. Daniel is also a Board Member of Build Reuse, a nonprofit organization established in 1994 that serves to encourage the recovery, reuse, and recycling of building materials in the United States. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at the United States Business Council for Sustainable Development from 2010-2021. Daniel was also the Co-Founder and Director of Haus at Plexbräuhaus from 2019-2021. From 2008-2019, they were the Resident Climber and Cyclist at REI. Finally, from 2006-2008, they were the Director at Texas 4000 for Cancer, an organization that works to cultivate student leaders and engage communities in the fight against cancer.

Daniel Kietzer graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, Rhetoric, and Portuguese.
