Arno La Haye

Arno La Haye is the Managing Director for Europe at Rheem Manufacturing since June 2022, overseeing operations across various locations, including the Netherlands, Slovakia, the UK, and Germany. Prior to this role, Arno served as Managing Director at Intergas Verwarming B.V., a leading Dutch manufacturer of residential heating appliances, and DEJONG Hot Water Tanks, a global leader in sanitary hot water tanks. Arno's experience includes serving as CEO of Inashco, where international development was a focus, and Managing Director at Visser & Smit Hanab, leading industrial and power projects. Early career experience includes project management roles at Siemens and Energieproductiebedrijf UNA. Arno holds a Master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has completed leadership programs at Stichting Bedrijfskunde and Siemens Professional Education.
