Bob Thayer serves as the Sr. Director of Program Management for Global Network Optimization at Rheem Manufacturing since June 2025, overseeing program execution and leading a team of program managers to manage complex programs and enhance business processes. Previously, Thayer was the President of Zoetic Energy at Zoetic Global from May 2023 to June 2025, contributing to energy and technology solutions. Prior to that, Thayer held the position of President & CEO at Green Flag Metals and served as Chief Operating Officer at MFS Supply. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Global Supply Chain at Carlisle Brake & Friction and Global Manager of Component Fulfillment at GE Lighting, among others, spanning multiple leadership positions at Lincoln Electric. Thayer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Baldwin Wallace University.
