Steven Cooper

Steven Cooper is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in executive and employee communications. Currently serving as the Senior Executive & HR Communications Strategist and Head Storyteller at Rheem Manufacturing since December 2020, Steven manages internal and external communications for the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Steven led communications consulting efforts at Steven Cooper Associates and served as an Account Lead for Cox Media Group at Rock Orange. Steven's career also includes a tenure as Corporate Communications Manager at Newell, where strategic communications were developed during significant company transformations. Additionally, Steven has experience in journalism as a Consumer Editor at WKMG-TV and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rollins College, teaching professional writing and multimedia journalism. Steven holds a BA in English from Brandeis University and an MSJ in Journalism from Northwestern University.
