Tomas Castillo is an experienced quality and continuous improvement professional with over 25 years in various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Improvement at Rheem Manufacturing since August 2019, Tomas has a strong background in ISO standards and has been instrumental in implementing lean methodologies, coordinating Kaizen events, and mentoring Lean Six Sigma practitioners. Prior roles include Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Regal Beloit Corporation, where significant reductions in customer PPMs were achieved, and engineering and managerial positions at companies such as Remy International and Graco Children's Products. Tomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Piedras Negras and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Universidad Americana del Noreste.
