Carol Bartlett

Carol Bartlett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales growth strategies, energy storage solutions, and mentorship programs. Currently serving as an Advisor to RheEnergise, Carol focuses on developing scalable energy storage technologies. As the Founder of REI Consulting Inc., Carol created The Leap Method to help business owners accelerate revenue. With a background in leadership roles at various companies, including President at REI and VP of Sales and Marketing at Oceanex Inc., Carol demonstrates expertise in business management and sales processes. Additionally, Carol founded the 150 Years Mentorship Program, fostering career development for graduate students. Carol holds multiple degrees, including a Master's Degree in Geophysics, a BA in English, and a BSc in Geophysics from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
