Nithya Sathyanathan

Nithya Sathyanathan started their work experience at RheinBrücke IT Consulting in June 2017 as a Software Engineer, where they served as an Epicor Technical Consultant until August 2018. From September 2018 to September 2019, they worked as a Functional Consultant, focusing on Epicor HCM and Epicor Payroll MEA. Nithya then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst for Product Development and Analytics at the same company, which they held from October 2019 onwards. In 2019, they also began working at MeRLIN as a Business Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Nithya Sathyanathan obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Senior Secondary education in Mathematics and Computer Science at Chinmaya Vidyalaya from 2011 to 2013.

In addition, Nithya has obtained several certifications. These include the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate SFPC from CertiProf, the Business Analysis Certified Professional from TrainSmart Academy, the Project Management Essentials from Management & Strategy Institute, and the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). Nithya also holds a certification in Analysis for Business Systems from the University of Minnesota, and Epicor ERP Certifications in Consultant Tools Level 1, 2, and 3 - 10.1.600, as well as Delta Tools and Technical 10.2 from Epicor Software. Finally, they have certifications in the Fundamentals of Sourcing and Procurement, and the Scale Methodology - Foundation, obtained from RheinBrücke Academy.
