Christian Heitfeld

Christian Heitfeld has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Christian began their career at Accenture in 2003 and served as a Manager until 2010. Christian then joined E.ON in 2011, starting as a Category Manager for IT and Consulting before moving on to become the Team Lead for Procurement Consulting & Temp Labour, where they established a central procurement hub and led a team of 50 employees. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Procurement for Power Plants Central, managing global service and supply contracts for power plants and district heating grids. Christian continued their procurement career at Uniper in 2016, where they held the position of Head of Procurement and Material Management, responsible for managing contracts and suppliers for power plants and district heating grids. In 2020, they joined the Rheinische Post Mediengruppe as the Head of Central Procurement.

Christian Heitfeld attended Technische Universität Braunschweig from 1996 to 2002, where they completed a degree in Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur. Their field of study at the university was Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
