Luis Schmiel

Luis Schmiel is currently the Group Innovation and Partnership Manager at RheinLand Versicherungsgruppe, having transitioned to the Corporate Startup RH Digital Company GmbH in February 2023 to spearhead innovation initiatives. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of Innovation Manager at RheinLand Versicherungs AG since October 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Digitalization from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (2020 - 2023), a Versicherungsfachwirt from Cologne University of Applied Sciences (2018 - 2020), and a Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen from Berufskolleg Volksgartenstraße Mönchengladbach (2015 - 2018).
