Dexter Fredriks

Dexter Fredriks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dexter started their career in 2008 as a Brandwacht eerste klasse at Brandweer Gelderland-zuid and served in that role until 2015. In 2013, they joined the Koninklijke Marine as an Adelborst der Mariniers and served until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Voestalpine Automotive Components Bunschoten B.V. as a Production Engineer and Operations Engineer. In 2017, they worked at DAF Trucks NV as a Production Engineer projecten and at Ommeren Metaaltechniek BV as a Production operations engineer. In 2016, they worked as a Docent Jiujitsu at Sportschool Van der Velde. Since 2018, Dexter has been working at Rheinmetall, starting as a Quality Engineer and progressing to Lead Quality Engineer. Dexter then served as Interim- Supply Chain Team Lead before becoming the Interim- Manager Operations. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Quality at Rheinmetall.

Dexter Fredriks has a comprehensive education history in the field of automotive engineering. Dexter started their education by attending VMBO Maarsbergen from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Voertuigentechniek through the Kaderberoepsgerichte leerweg program. Following this, they furthered their studies in automechanica and autotechniek at ROC Midden Nederland from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a degree in Technisch specialist personenauto's.

After completing their studies at ROC Midden Nederland, Dexter continued their education at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2010 to 2013. Here, they earned the degree of Ingenieur (Ing.) in Autotechniek, specializing in automotive engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Dexter Fredriks has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as JBN Leerkracht niveau 4 (Jiujitsuleraar B) from Judo Bond Nederland, Praktijkbegeleiding in de sport from Rijn IJssel, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from LSSA. Dexter also holds certifications related to their previous work experience, including Opstappers aan boord Schepen from Koninklijke Marine, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training from DHTC b.v., and several automotive certifications from IBKI, such as Voert reparaties uit aan personenauto's, Diagnose stellen aan personenauto's, Hybride Basis PA, and Vierwieluitlijnen PA.
