Lee Plummer has extensive experience in account management and corporate strategy within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. From February 2014 to January 2016, Plummer served as an Account Manager and Sales Analyst at LANXESS, responsible for over $15 million in annual sales of engineering plastics to global Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. Subsequently, Plummer held various roles at Rheinmetall from May 2021 to July 2024, including Key Account Manager for both North America and Europe, and served as Corporate Strategy & Development Manager, overseeing strategy for the Hardparts division with approximately €2 billion in sales.
