Leonie Merch

Leonie Merch is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Teamlead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for Central East Europe at Rheinmetall since February 2019. Prior roles at Rheinmetall include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Assistant. Prior to Rheinmetall, Leonie completed a Student Internship at Pierburg Inc. in 2015. Leonie holds a Master of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2017 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Clothing Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, completed in 2017.
