Rebecca Richards

Rebecca Richards is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the defense and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Deputy CEO of Vehicles Systems International at Rheinmetall since October 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of Managing Director at Rheinmetall Defence UK from December 2019 to November 2023. Prior roles at Rheinmetall include Vice President Commercial from June 2017 to November 2019 and various senior management positions at General Dynamics UK Limited from June 2009 to June 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Commercial Land Systems to Senior Commercial Manager. Rebecca began a career in law at Hugh James Solicitors before transitioning to commercial roles at VAI Siemens and General Dynamics. An LLB Hons graduate in Law (with international studies) from the University of Bristol, Rebecca's academic foundation supports a robust professional trajectory.
