Robert Steffens has over 20 years of work experience in financial and controlling roles. Robert started their career as a Financial Analyst at Lear Corporation and later served as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Scandinavian division. Robert then became an Assistant Controller in Kentucky and a Controller in Michigan.

After leaving Lear Corporation, Robert joined ThyssenKrupp Metalcutting - Cross Huller Division as a Controller. Robert successfully managed the accounting function, including financial statement preparation, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Robert also supervised a team of seven.

Currently, Robert is Vice President & CFO at KS Kolbenschmidt US, Inc. Robert has played a key role in reducing capital employed and annual capital asset expenditures while creating a cash-focused organization. Robert also holds joint P&L oversight for the North American region.

Robert Steffens completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Central Michigan University, which they earned between 1991 and 1992.
