Since February 2000, Frank has held the position of VP of Product Development and Technical Services at Rhema Health Products Limited, overseeing new product development, R&D, production scale-up, troubleshooting, equipment optimization, government registration, and procurement of raw materials. Prior to this role, Frank worked at London Drugs in photo electronic sales and served as Operations Manager at Sisu Inc. from February 1995 to February 2000, managing operations and harmonizing various departments with over 80 employees. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences with a Food Science major from The University of British Columbia from 1987 to 1992.
