The Food Processing Machinery Manufacture and Sale segment is engaged in development, manufacture and sale of food processing machinery, food forming machinery and bread making lines, and provision of repair service, parts, technical guidance and others, in Japan, Americas, Europe and Asia. The Food Products Manufacture and Sale segment manufactures and sells high-processed frozen food products such as croissant, pastries and cookies in Americas, and develops, manufactures and sells natural yeast leavens in Japan. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had six subsidiaries.
