Timothy Mayes has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Timothy started their career as an Audit Senior at Bulley Davey, where they worked from September 2011 to June 2015. Timothy then joined P & A Accountancy Services (1984) Limited as a Client Manager from July 2015 to March 2016. Following that, Timothy worked at Haines Watts as a Client Manager from March 2016 to September 2016. Timothy then joined Sony DADC Europe Limited as a Management Accountant from September 2016 to November 2018, and subsequently served as the Head of Finance - Distribution UK from December 2018 to August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Financial Controller at RHEON LABS, starting from September 2020.
Timothy Mayes attended Jack Hunt School from 2001 to 2008. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Lincoln from 2008 to 2011. During their time at the University, Timothy pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy and Finance. In July 2015, they obtained a certification as a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from ACCA.

The company collaborates with leading sports, safety,and protective equipment manufacturers to develop custom solutions to improve the performance, comfort, and protection of their products. Customers already include Xenith (an American football helmet manufacturer) and FLY Racing (a motorcycle helmet manufacturer). Collaborations with a number of other leading brands in the sporting, PPE, and motorsport sectors are currently underway.
