Bo Xu

Bo Xu, MBA, serves as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at RHI Magnesita, focusing on global deals valued at approximately €620 million across various countries including the USA, China, Italy, Canada, Turkey, and Austria since 2019. Prior experience includes work at KPMG in Deal Advisory from 2010 to 2016, specializing in Corporate Finance within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector and covering the Nordics, as well as expertise in Economic & Valuation Services in the USA. Earlier roles include positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, TD Ameritrade, and Wells Fargo. Bo Xu holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, along with ongoing studies in Wirtschaftsdeutsch at WU Vienna.
