Prabaharan R is an experienced professional in the ceramic and refractory industry, currently serving as an Executive at RHI Magnesita since July 2023, focusing on mould making and operational analysis. Previously, Prabaharan held an Executive position at Dalmia-OCL, specializing in maintenance within the machine shop, and worked as a Senior Executive in quality and production at Shilp Refractory Pvt Ltd. Additional roles include a Quality Engineer at Shilp Ceramic - India and Project Assistant at TOTALE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, among others. Prabaharan began training in the field at CUMI Refractories and holds a B.Tech degree in Ceramic Technology from Anna University Chennai, obtained in 2019.
