Robert Pleva

Robert Pleva has over two decades of experience in various roles within the commercial and strategic pricing sectors. Currently, Robert serves as the Head of Pricing, COGS & Customer Strategy at RHI Magnesita since December 2003, having held multiple leadership positions including Head of Strategic Pricing and Commercial Sales Director. Prior to RHI Magnesita, Robert worked at A1 Telekom Austria AG in Group Controlling & Reporting, and at Clariant in quality management for raw materials. Early career experience includes a role in quality management at EDUSCHO (Austria) GmbH. Robert holds a Magister (FH) degree in Unternehmensführung und Management from FHWien der WKW, completed between 1999 and 2003, and attended HBLVA Wien 17, Rosensteingasse from 1989 to 1995.
